After going on a live event hiatus due to the pandemic, Liz Hernandez is taking WORDAFUL across the country with stops in Miami, New York, Chicago, San Diego and Los Angeles. Through WORDAFUL, Hernandez has created a video and live event series that brings women together and creates a platform that encourages women to share their stories, while making a genuine connection.

“I am thrilled to bring WORDAFUL’s meaningful conversations across the country this spring. Through WORDAFUL, we have designed a new form of storytelling that I hope will encourage and connect us to thepower of words. Together, we can learn how to change our internal and external dialogue, one that supports more meaningful relationships and lives. WORDAFUL has built a safe space for guests to be vulnerable and create a positive change,” says Liz Hernandez, founder of WORDAFUL.

Chicago was overtaken by a fun storm on Saturday when the WORDAFUL tour made a stop in the Windy City at the W Lakeshore Hotel. During the event, Hernandez met with fans and signed autographed journals. Her warmth and humble nature made the attendees feel welcome, understood and seen. She emphasized the importance of sisterhood and women supporting one another. Hernandez shared her personal story of loss and grief along with pursuit for happiness and love. Special speakers at this event were Chicago podcaster Case Kenny and behavior coach Kayla Jeter. Kenny shared his experience on dating and men, while Jeter shared her personal story of loss and grief and how she overcame it. Attendees also had the chance to meditate and take part in a prize raffle valued over $750.

The WORDAFUL tour will focus on the power of conversation, with an emphasis on this year’s theme: “There’s No Room for Small Talk.” Sponsors include AT&T Thanks®, who has created exclusive experiences for the WORDAFUL tour to celebrate the power of CONNECTION, Campari who serves up cocktails themed around historic women, and W Hotels who have partnered with WORDAFUL to host these events.
